GladePark Investments are an industry-leading investment and development company that constructs and designs luxury, sustainable holiday parks for investors in the global market. They came to Swan Creative when looking to re-brand and enhance their current digital presence.
After securing an exciting new investment opportunity and partnering with an established holiday park management team, GladePark Investments wanted to create an independent brand that positioned them as market leaders in their field.
We held a brand workshop in our studio in Leigh-on-Sea, working closely with founder Andrew to define and develop the new brand identity. We shortlisted more than 20 names, before the client selected “GladePark Investments”. Addressing the brand name first, we dug into the brand’s values and heritage to shortlist 5 options, finally settling on “GladePark Investments”.
The name “GladePark” references both the natural forestry where the parks are located and the sustainable materials the lodges are made of, whilst remaining true to the product, of a holiday leisure park.Next, we approach the core visual elements of the brand. Our in-house designers created a simple and sophisticated logo that was easily recognisable and incorporated a natural element to reflect the sustainable approach to the brand’s investment opportunities.
The team then worked on defining the colour palette, incorporating a primary colour of blue to enhance the feeling of trust. Whilst adding a secondary green, as a highlight and nod to the growth of the business. To ensure brand consistency and longevity, we created a set of brand guidelines that incorporated the new brand identity and the appropriate use of brand assets.
The brand guidelines focused on defining the tone of voice and outlining the company’s core values, ensuring all communications both internal and external aligned. The new branding was then flooded out into wider marketing materials including, brochures, email signatures and social media graphics.
We also installed a new shop fascia, window vinyl and a backlit poster that’s interchangeable to showcase investment-specific promotions and general brand awareness.
Once the company rebrand was complete, we focused on enhancing the Digital presence of GladePark Investments.
As a leading website design agency, we understand the importance of conducting an initial audit to assess the current website, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvements. We concluded that the user experience needed to be enhanced and copy improved to meet expectations.
Like all our website projects, we started by focusing on the user journey, creating sitemaps and wireframes that identify the structure of each web page. Our team designed and built a bespoke 8-page WordPress website with animated transitions and stylised features using this as a guide.
All web pages were optimised for speed and organic search (SEO)—we additionally added lead generation functionality for resort brochure guide downloads. Our content writers researched and-optimised the existing website copy to be more solution and benefits led, appealing more to the desired target audience and focusing on lead conversion
Since the website’s launch, we have been working with GladePark Investments to create both online and offline marketing campaigns, including; Local SEO, Google Ads and advertorials in local newspapers, to drive new investment enquiries.
