Arke, a well-established office design and refurbishment company, recognised the need for a strategic shift to appeal to the high-end, luxury market. Swan Creative delivered a total brand identity evolution for Arke, accompanied by a website redevelopment with additional functionality to align with Arke’s new brand strategy.
Our collaboration commenced with an in-depth brand workshop to analyse Arke’s market positioning and future aspirations. This session was really helpful in, identifying key areas where Arke’s brand identity could be enhanced to resonate more strongly with their desired upscale audience.
Guided by these insights, we began developing a new logo and brand identity. The logo design was intentionally kept simple yet sophisticated, utilising lowercase lettering and a darker hue of their original font, subtly nodding to their rich heritage. Alongside the primary logo, we introduced ‘Arke+’, a sub-brand symbolising their new services specifically for landlords and developed a series of coherent brand extensions that further solidified their presence in the luxury market.
The visual identity overhaul was complemented by an extensive suite of branded business tools, encompassing everything from stationery and email signatures to uniforms and signage. Each element was meticulously crafted to ensure a consistent and luxurious brand experience at every touchpoint.
Finally, we consolidated these branding efforts into comprehensive brand guidelines. These brand guidelines were vital in maintaining clarity and consistency in Arke’s new identity, ensuring that the brand’s luxurious essence was communicated effectively across all platforms.

To begin the website refresh, our initial step involved a comprehensive review of the existing website’s content and structure, which led to the development of a new sitemap and wireframe. The primary goal was to improve the overall user experience, making the website more intuitive and aligned with Arke’s new luxury branding. This was achieved by reorganising page structures and simplifying navigation, resulting in a significantly improved user-friendly interface.
Our design team then created a custom website design. The new design was contemporary and meticulously tailored to showcase Arke’s services and expertise. Particular focus was placed on presenting their projects and capabilities in a way that would resonate with their high-end clientele. The website was designed to be both informative and a reflection of Arke’s expertise and attention to detail, two vital attributes in the luxury market.
The technical development of the website received equal attention to detail. We chose to build the site on WordPress due to its flexibility and robustness. Throughout the development process, we placed a strong emphasis on optimising both speed and user experience, ensuring that the website not only looked appealing but also functioned seamlessly and responded quickly to user interactions.
Simultaneously, we implemented a foundational SEO strategy that played a crucial role in enhancing the website’s visibility and search engine ranking on launch.
