GladePark Investments are an industry-leading investment and development company that constructs and designs luxury, sustainable holiday parks for investors in the global market. They came to Swan Creative when looking to re-brand and enhance their current digital presence.

After securing an exciting new investment opportunity and partnering with an established holiday park management team, GladePark Investments wanted to create an independent brand that positioned them as market leaders in their field.

Branding & Strategy

Working closely with founder Andrew, we held an initial brand workshop, to define and develop a new brand identity. During the session we came up with a new brand name, “GladePark Investments”.

This name was a perfect fit as it referenced both the natural forestry where the parks are located and the sustainable materials the lodges are made of, whilst remaining true to the product, of a holiday leisure park.

After deciding upon a name, our designers created a simple and sophisticated logo that was easily recognisable and incorporated a natural element to reflect the sustainable approach to the brand’s investment opportunities. The team then worked on defining the colour palette, incorporating a primary colour of blue to enhance the feeling of trust. Whilst adding a secondary green, as a highlight and nod to the growth of the business.

Once the company rebrand was complete, we focused on enhancing the Digital presence of GladePark Investments.

As a leading website design agency, we understand the importance of conducting an initial audit to assess the current website, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvements. We concluded that the user experience needed to be enhanced and copy improved to meet expectations.

Like all our website projects, we started by focusing on the user journey, creating sitemaps and wireframes that identify the structure of each web page. Using this as a guide, our team designed and built a bespoke 8-page WordPress website with animated transitions and stylised features.

To coincide with the website launch, we have been working with GladePark Investments to create both online and offline marketing campaigns, including; Local SEO, Google Ads and advertorials in local newspapers, to drive new investment enquiries.

Marketing Strategies for property investment firm

In Q3 2023, our holistic marketing strategy for Glade Park Investments, incorporated SEO, Google Ads, organic and paid social media, yielded substantial success, including over 200 direct enquiries. This approach was carefully designed to strengthen Glade Park’s online presence and foster engagement across various channels, underscoring the efficacy of our multifaceted digital marketing efforts.

The paid social media campaigns specifically targeted the benefits of investment opportunities with Glade Park, resonating strongly with our audience and resulting in an impressive 114,127 clicks. This strategic focus on highlighting the value and advantages of Glade Park’s offerings played a key role in driving engagement and interest.

On the organic social media front, our strategy centered on delivering content that was both informative and engaging. We focused on FAQs, testimonials, sharing articles relevant to potential investors, and providing educational content about the geographical locations of the investment opportunities. This approach attracted 6,600 visitors, demonstrating our ability to engage the audience with valuable and relevant content.

Our SEO strategy was comprehensive, including on-page optimisation to ensure the website was relevant for key search queries, technical optimisation to enhance site performance, and optimisation of Glade Park’s Google Business Profile to boost local visibility. Additionally, the creation of articles on topics of interest to investors helped establish Glade Park as a thought leader in the sector. These SEO efforts were crucial in generating the significant number of direct enquiries received during this period.

Through this integrated marketing strategy, not only did we significantly improve Glade Park Investments’ digital footprint, but we also effectively increased engagement and interest in their services.

The Result

After a successful initial launch of the website and integrated marketing campaigns Glade Park investments have gone from strength to strength. Glade Park Investments is now ranking for tracked keywords, is securing high quality traffic and has a consistent stream of leads and enquiries.

Since launch further website optimisation and functionality have taken place including the development of an interactive lodge site map with a Pay360 function, allowing investors to purchase view and purchase available lodge plots.

In the first 3 months since the website launch, we have driven 5.4k users to the website, gaining 166k impressions and 3,325 clicks through paid social campaigns alone.
