GladePark Investments are an industry-leading investment and development company that constructs and designs luxury, sustainable holiday parks for investors in the global market. They came to Swan Creative when looking to re-brand and enhance their current digital presence.
After securing an exciting new investment opportunity and partnering with an established holiday park management team, GladePark Investments wanted to create an independent brand that positioned them as market leaders in their field.

Working closely with founder Andrew, we held an initial brand workshop, to define and develop a new brand identity. During the session we came up with a new brand name, “GladePark Investments”.
This name was a perfect fit as it referenced both the natural forestry where the parks are located and the sustainable materials the lodges are made of, whilst remaining true to the product, of a holiday leisure park.
After deciding upon a name, our designers created a simple and sophisticated logo that was easily recognisable and incorporated a natural element to reflect the sustainable approach to the brand’s investment opportunities. The team then worked on defining the colour palette, incorporating a primary colour of blue to enhance the feeling of trust. Whilst adding a secondary green, as a highlight and nod to the growth of the business.
Once the company rebrand was complete, we focused on enhancing the Digital presence of GladePark Investments.
As a leading website design agency, we understand the importance of conducting an initial audit to assess the current website, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvements. We concluded that the user experience needed to be enhanced and copy improved to meet expectations.
Like all our website projects, we started by focusing on the user journey, creating sitemaps and wireframes that identify the structure of each web page. Using this as a guide, our team designed and built a bespoke 8-page WordPress website with animated transitions and stylised features.
To coincide with the website launch, we have been working with GladePark Investments to create both online and offline marketing campaigns, including; Local SEO, Google Ads and advertorials in local newspapers, to drive new investment enquiries.

In the first 3 months since the website launch, we have driven 5.4k users to the website, gaining 166k impressions and 3,325 clicks through paid social campaigns alone.
After a successful initial launch of the website and integrated marketing campaigns Glade Park investments have gone from strength to strength. Glade Park Investments is now ranking for tracked keywords, is securing high quality traffic and has a consistent stream of leads and enquiries.
Since launch further website optimisation and functionality have taken place including the development of an interactive lodge site map with a Pay360 function, allowing investors to purchase view and purchase available lodge plots.
